DELIVERY POLICY
Please find below information about how to track the status of your online orders,
delivery charges as well as guidance for international shipping.
■Deliveries during Coronavirus (COVID-19)
-During the pandemic of the coronavirus (COVID-19) Economy service is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■Handling Time
-Most of the orders get before 12:00PM(JST) will be shipped out within 3-5days after the payment confirmation from our office in Nagoya to your location.
We will contact you if there are any delays for some reason. We ship weekdays, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any Public Holidays.
■Order status and tracking
-We deliver by a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Please keep in mind that orders can be held up due to busy sales periods, Public holidays, customs delays, COVID-19 restrictions*

■Missing or incomplete orders
-If your order arrives incomplete or is taking longer than our standard delivery time list, please contact us and we can look into this for you.
■International Shipping
-We offer international shipping to most countries from Japan.
-We use FedEx for all our international orders.
International shipping costs vary depending on the zone. The cost does not include custom and/or tax charges.
