RETURN POLICY
■Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of orders cannot be returned;
▪In case you make the wrong order of the product you needed, returns will be not accepted.
▪In case you make the wrong selection of the color/pattern you needed, returns will be not accepted.
▪In case the product was different as your expectation, returns will be not accepted.
▪Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),
▪Orders made with products on sale or using discount coupons, cannot be returned.
■Damages and issues
-Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it.
-Please take photos/movies of the item since the moment you think that the item you received is not the correct, is defective or damaged. It will be required for the item evaluation.
■We have a 7-days return policy
-Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.
■To be eligible for a return
-The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

-Once your return is accepted, we will contact you and send a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

▪ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST REQUESTING A RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
■Changes
You cannot change your order after your payment. Please be careful when you order.
■Refunds
-First please contact us to info@wako-dou.com sending the reasons for refund request.
-We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,
you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
※Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also.
■Approved orders for a refund
▪If the product you got is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
▪If the stock of your order is not available.
